4 Session Objectives and Success Criteria I can collaborate and will share with colleagues ways to improve the classroom environment and culture for ELL students.

5 Use of Physical Environment CEC 2: Resources, materials and technology in the classroom relate to the content or current unit studied, are accessible to all students and are intentionally used by the teacher or students to support learning.

6 Classroom Routines CEC 3: Routines for discussion and collaborative work have been taught, are evident, and result in effective discourse.

7 Classroom Culture CEC 6: Interaction between teacher and students and among students indicates that all are valued for their contributions. – High expectations – Beliefs about all students’ intellectual capabilities
