Needs to be more descriptive rather than Socratic – Go back to the OGF/NMC/NML Journal Article and bring back changes. Conceptually what happens … start at the top w/ both. Need to not be so implementation specific. – From discussion: “Add”, if add doesn’t work “replace”, and if its complete nonsense, then it’s the “union” of the two.
