The invoice is broken down into report numbers which are broken down further into report lines. The most appropriate look up reference has been used. This file provides all the current invoice report lines matched to exact CPL references (charge band and Communications Provider name) allowing look ups to be made; BT termination rate lookups can be found in the third link on the page the example of this is to the right of this one.
