14. Hull-Oakes Lumber Co. To Whom It May Concern:
We, Hull Oakes Lumber Company own two pre 1925 ship boilers that supply steam to operate our saw mill.
The water used to make the steam comes from a creek on property the company owns. The water is passed through the boilers one time. Because of the minerals, dirt and biological particles in the water we need to clean the scale and dirt build up from the boilers every 60 days.
When we were offered a Hydro2plus® Scale Eliminator on a trail bases, we installed the equipment and ran through our normal time of operation. After the time came to clean we were surprised to find that there was no scale build up and the dirt that we found was softer, flakey and easier to remove.
Our Hydro2plus® has been in use 18 months and continues to perform. The maintenance personnel when cleaning the boilers are impressed with how the Hydro2plus® makes their work easier and faster.

15. Hydro2plus® Electron Pulse System
I would like to tell you about my experience with The Hydro2plus® pulse generator/conditioner. I work with the maintenance of commercial hot water heaters; more specifically the water heaters at the Hotel Floridian. Scale has always been an issue in our area and hot water heaters can scale up because of the hardness of the water. The resulting problems can cost clients large amounts of money by making heaters less cost efficient and by damaging parts inside these heaters. This means our client pays higher fuel bills and replaces expensive parts, if not the entire unit. About 4 years ago, I installed the Hydro2plus® at the Grand Florida and have been very pleased with its excellent performance. After the Hydro2plus® was installed, the management of this large hotel wanted to know what I had done to their water. They reported that the water was beginning to remove existing scale from fixtures. I have since installed numerous others in other nearby facilities and have seen equal results.

My husband and I moved into our home in Austin, Texas in We knew that Austin is known for its hard water and because of the hard water, the A/C unit, water heater, appliances etc usually do not have a long life. So we contacted you to install the Hydro2plus® System. The home was built in 1986; we sold the home in 2003 and are pleased to report that the plumbing equipment performed beautifully the entire time of occupancy. The Hydro2plus® system never needed to be worked on except to change the light bulb.
I cannot tell you how much we have enjoyed using your system. It is simple to install and requires little or no maintenance.
We have now moved into our new home and the first thing we did was install a new Hydro2plus® System. The condition of the water besides being hard was difficult to drink because of so many particles in it and had a very bad taste. After installing the unit and adding a commercial grade filter, our water taste just like it came out of a bottle, our clothes stay newer looking longer, and our skin is not as dry and seems softer.
