5 Store Presentation Use of energy saving flourecent lights. Keep the store tidy and merchandise needs to be in alphabetical order so its easy to find products. Everything that is for sale will be on display. No external displays as the merchandise is quite expensive.

6 Staff There would be several people working the shop floor with 2-3 on registers and a greeter at the front of the store. There would be 3-4 working the back dock area. The staff floor and register staff need to know at least 85% of the products in stock.

7 Marketing Approach GB HI-Fi will have an online presence allowing customers to order goods online then com and pick them up GB Hi – Fi will have promotions for selected new release games, DVDs and music being endorsed by the artist featuring a test day.
