3 Set the User Status 2 Users become Revoked when they don’t log in at least every 120 days. TRS closes their accounts automatically if they don’t log in at least once in 13 months. You need to work with the users in your group and with your agency’s Authorizing Officials to determine whether a user who hasn’t logged in for an extended period of time really needs access to the system. Refer to the TRS Security User Reference Manual for more details about these features.
