3. The bowl championship series (BCS) is a ranking system that ranks the top 25 college football teams based on 3 components. The 1 st component is the computer rankings. There are 6 computers that rank the teams by giving them points. The team ranked #1 gets 25 points, the team ranked #2 gets 24 points, and the team ranked #25 gets 1 point. But only 4 computers are used to rank. So you add up 4 of the computers scores and then you divide by 100. 6. Another way to find the NCAA division 1 football champion would be with the playoff system. The NFL uses playoff’s. Playoffs could use any amount of teams. I think playoff’s should have at least 16 teams, but no more than 64 teams. President Obama wants playoff’s.
