1. PROFESSIONAL FACIAL TREATMENT
Facial cleansing with the MEN Cleansing Gel. Dampen the area. Apply the gel with a short massage. Remove with water.
Invigorate the skin with the OLIVE Facial Tonic.
Exfoliate with the MEN Facial Peeling, with circular movements. Remove with water.
Apply a fluid with a soft massage until its complete absorption. Depending on whether the skin is dry, mature, highly affected by the sun and/ or sensitive use the MEN Hydrating Lifting Fluid. However if the skin is oily and/ or young we recommend the MEN Hydrating Matifying Fluid.
Apply the MEN 24 Hours Vitality Cream, extend with a relaxing massage.
After the massage, over where we obtain a small and necessary hyperemia it is very gratifying and refreshing to apply the MEN Facial Mask. Leave to work for 20 minutes. Remove with a damp facial sponge, afterwards apply the OLIVE Facial Tonic with a cotton disk. To balance the pH level of the skin.
Extend a generous layer of the MEN 24 Hours Vitality Cream over the face, apply with draining techniques to relax and transmit a calm and tranquil sensation.
For the eyelids to feel fresh and rested, apply a small amount of the MEN Eye Contour Cream. This cream of a gel-like texture is ideal, as it softens while also lifting, this is due to the Argireline® component which inhibits muscle contraction and the rejuvenating power of Caviar Extract.
Recommendations
Relaxing facial massage:
Apply pressure to the centre of the head with the thumb.
Apply pressure with the 4 fingers of the hand towards the forehead and descend towards the superciliary arch.
With the middle fingers surround the eyelids, starting on the top eyelid from the centre moving outwards, to return over the bottom eyelid towards the nose and rising towards the interior tip of the eyebrows. Apply pressure here for 15 seconds, repeat 3 times.
Massage the surrounding area of the nose towards the cheeks.
With the thumb on the chin symphysis.
From the chin rise over the inferior maxillary bone until reaching the temples, here apply 3 circles with the middle and ring finger.
Move the hand towards the neck, lifting it and massaging towards one side and then the other, from the shoulders towards the occipital apply pinching-like movements.
Stretch the cervicals. From the shoulders towards the occipital.
Rub hands to together for 30 seconds and place over the eyes for 15 seconds, to provoke vasodilation in the area. This benefits the eyesight.
With the palms together, from the centre, open and descend towards the periphery. Draining.
Finish by stroking the hair.
Alternatives
The tonic used should be adequate for the skin type being treated.
For the massage we could use the SPECIFIC Activ Multi-Lift Cream mature and flaccid skins.
The mask can be replaced by the LUXE Facial Foam Mask, PLASTIC MASKS depending on the skin type, the SPA WORLD CHOCOLATE Plastic Mask, masks from the different ranges such as, Oxygen, Olive or Vitaminal depending on the skins needs.

2. PROFESSIONAL CORPORAL TREATMENT
AINHOA suggests this corporal treatment which combines the luxury of a massage with the products from the SPA WORLD CHOCOLATE range and the MEN Absolute Body Firming Cream.
Cleanse the area to be treated with the SPA WORLD Hydrating or Nutritive Shower Gel. Rinse with a damp glove.
Apply a deep exfoliation with the SPA WORLD CHOCOLATE Body Peeling. Work the product in with circular movements. Remove with gloves.
Apply a SPA WORLD CHOCOLATE Firming Ampoule.
Apply an energetic massage with the MEN Absolute Body Firming Cream areas where it is needed. This cream helps to eliminate localized adipose accumulations, providing the skin with a soft, firm and healthy aspect. The tissues recover tone and vitality, increasing the definition of the muscles.
Technically this massage should span over large areas, from the feet to the head, including the massage suggested in the facial treatment. We work with the hands, lower arms and elbows.
SPA WORLD CHOCOLATE Plastic Mask;
Apply the mask to the back and backs of the legs, when it sets turn the client around and apply to the face, arms, hands, abdomen and front of the legs. Leave to work for minutes, remove as one piece on each area. Remove any traces with damp cotton.
End the treatment by newly applying the MEN Absolute Body Firming Cream, using draining techniques to help the product penetrate.
If preferred we can also end with a relaxing massage, mixing the BODY LINE Massage Cream with the BODY LINE Massage Oil.
The detail of adding the oil depending on the situation, will give the treatment a special and unique character. HE will be the star of this moment, because he will feel exclusively attended to.
Suggestions

3. Recommendations Relaxing corporal massage: Face Up
The soles of the feet. Circular manipulations with the thumbs (individually) from the bottom upwards.
From the arch of the foot to the legs. Opening from the centre towards the periphery with frictions.
Hands. Each finger, the palm and back of the hands.
Arms. Circular manipulations with the thumbs from the centre towards the periphery and moving upwards with dragging movements, frictions.
Chest. From the centre outwards. Spanning over the shoulders and descending to the elbows over the external part of the arm and rise to the neck and with decontracting and relaxing manipulations, stretch well one side and then the other. Follow by applying the proposed facial massage.
Face Down
Start on soles of the feet. Repeat the previous steps until reaching the legs.
The gluteus muscles. Over a towel apply pressure and pumping manipulations to relieve the area.
Back. Circular frictions with the arms and hands well open. Stretch the tissue, from the lumbar region towards the cervicals with the palms of the hands and descend applying pressure on both sides of the spine reaching the paravertebral muscles, obtaining absolute relaxation. Apply upward energizing frictions with the palms. Make rollers with the fingers, digital pinching type, from the lumbars to the cerivals.
Scapulas. Look for tensions and work on them with circular movements with the thumbs, open hand and pressure points.
Cervical region. Kneading and frictions on the paravertebral area. Finish by spanning over the shoulders and coming back upwards over the neck, stretching well the muscles on both sides.
