Powered up 2 1 CORINTHIANS 12:8-9 (NIV). ‘For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit...’ (NLT). ‘To one person the Spirit gives the ability to give wise advice; to another the same Spirit gives a message of special knowledge. The same Spirit gives great faith to another, and to someone else the one Spirit gives the gift of healing.’

4. The power to heal ALWAYS comes from GOD, not from us; We pray to heal, bless and encourage the person In praying, we always seek to glorify God.

7. HOW TO DO IT Right heart attitude Ask, listen, be expectant and pray as the Holy Spirit leads. What would you like prayer for? Why does person have this condition? Pray: ask the Holy Spirit to come, ‘in the Name of Jesus’, anointing with oil (James 5:14), laying on of hands (Luke 4:40). Response: how are you feeling now? Keep praying. Reassure of God’s love.
