2 About us  Inform Billing is a privately owned and independent company with a management team that boasts more than 40 years’ experience in both telecoms and the general billing market  We pride ourselves on our vast market knowledge and ability to provide a wide range of billing services that deliver real benefits to our customers  Our highly skilled in-house development team is available to support you throughout the billing process and with any further individual needs  It’s an old saying but it’s true; Inform Billing are big enough to cope but small enough to care

3 Our history  Established at the beginning of 2010, Inform Billing has quickly affirmed its place as a leading billing specialist  Born from a management buyout, Inform Billing emerged from two companies; PAN Telecom Limited and Edge Telecom Limited  Following the buyout, Inform Billing became an independent company owned by founders Shaun Bodsworth and Darren Salisbury. They are now complemented by a growing team of highly experienced colleagues  Inform Billing continues to deliver and develop solutions that give its customers real results

5 Our products  Eclipse is a billing package that allows you to manage customer account information and billing data from a single point of reference, as well as providing a complete view of all customers’ rates and charges  Enlighten is a fully featured on-line end customer billing portal. Hosted by us, it is branded like and accessible from your website. Enlighten is only available in conjunction with Eclipse

6 Eclipse – what it does  Enables full re-rating of call data records  Using the power of an SQL database, Eclipse can handle unlimited numbers of calls  Enables multiple products/ services to be billed on a single bill  not just traditional telecoms – Eclipse can bill all services including VoIP and SIP  It also bills non telecoms products and services  Provides customer service staff with accurate information  Eclipse was designed from the ground up with usability in mind  Designed for resellers working in all types of markets  Including traditional voice, IT, data, VoIP, MPLS, hardware, PABX and mobile
