3 Key Dates – BTW Assumptions
The last Release in which BTW can deliver functionality, in order to meet the start of testing (January 2015) is Release AQ (deployed 17th November, 1 week ahead of EMP R2700) CP impacting designs will need to be delivered over two BTW Releases (AP, AQ) to give BTW CPs enough time to consume BTW changes and be ready for testing BTW 90 day legal notification date for Release AP is 17th June, documentation to be published 12th June – in this release we will focus on designs for which we have minimal/no Openreach dependencies AQ is therefore the release in which we need to consume CP impacting changes from Openreach - otherwise we will not be able to give our CPs sufficient notice to consume BTW changes and will not be able to complete our deliveries this calendar year

4 Key Dates – BTW Assumptions continued
BTW 90 day legal notification for Release AQ goes is 19th August, documentation to be published 14th August This means that in order to be able to proceed with no risk to BTW or downstream CPs, we need all of Openreach’s CP impacting design collateral at the start of our Release AQ design cycle (19th May) It is possible that development completed in Release AP/AQ will not be capable of being tested in interlock environment. BTW CPs will therefore be developing with this risk.
