Decision making process will take into consideration: - The master of the vessel, or his designated representative information. - Consultation with the appropriate agencies. - Human Health & Safety - Environmental consequences - Economic Factors - Ship Status and Risk Factors - Response & Salvage Resources

6. Other Considerations are: - Historic Resources - Cultural Resources - Response, Salvage, Firefighting and Repair Resources - Physical attributes of Ports, Anchorages or Beaching Sites - Other Command Management Factors

7. Looking Forward The POR Work Group is developing: - An in-depth decision making memo - Out Reach Plan / Communication Strategy - Develop additional potential POR - Exercise the POR Decision Memo before incorporation into the plan - Accessibility of all Potential POR sites (similar to GRPs) - Updating the ACP
