(a)Immortality of the soul means that your soul the spiritual part of you lives on when your body dies (2) (b) I dont believe in the paranormal because when the brain dies everything about you dies so there cant be any life after death or ghosts. The soul cant be found in the body and therefore nothing can haunt you or communicate with you from the other side I dont believe in the paranormal because all strange events can be explained by science. Lights in the sky, dejavu, or oujiu boards are people just making it up or your mind playing tricks on you. For example people might have dreamt their de ja vu. (4) (c ) Some people do not believe in life after death because they do not believe in God, and these beliefs usually go hand in hand. They may not believe in the soul as it is not a physical part of the body. Therefore there is nothing to exist when the body dies. Heaven can not be found in the structure of the universe and no one can actually prove the existence of an after life without doubt, after all, no one can come back to tell us! However, some people do believe in an afterlife because religious teachings say that heaven will be our reward for a good life and this gives purpose to our existence. They may also have had a near death experience in which they saw a dead relative. Holy books such as the Quran are the words of God and teach that there is an afterlife and this gives hope to those who are facing the end of their life. (8) (d) No religious person would have an abortion because as a Catholic I believe that from the moment of conception it is a human life and therefore abortion is murder and the Bible states thou shalt not kill Others might disagree with me because sometimes it might be the lesser of two evils. If the babys quality of life would be so poor due to a hereditary disease then abortion might be kinder than putting the child through it. In some situations the pregnancy might be a risk for the woman and in this case it is better to have a mother for the existing children than a child with no mother. She is already living her life and therefore should take importance over the foetus.
