4 Players Role Practice Theory –Intense: Preparation removes pressure and builds confidence. –Be There: Fundraising, practice, camp, etc. Teamwork –Out of position? Sacrifice builds character. –Individual accomplishments are a byproduct rather than the goal of genuine teamwork.

5 Player Misconceptions Fun vs. Hard Work Criticism puts someone down, correction means we want to help. –Punishment is for the punisher (to make them feel better). –Discipline always has the other persons best interest in mind. Development of Champions off of the Field Live in the present, not the past, and let the coach worry about the future.
