3 1. Programme Overview 7 projects are all full-sized Project
CBPF-MSL Wetland PA Program is 26 million umbrella programmatic approach program including 7 projects, in which 6 implemented by UNDP and 1 by FAO. 7 projects are all full-sized Project 7 projects, 6 project highlighted with dark blue color are implemented by UNDP and 1 highlighted with orange color is implemented by FAO.

4 2. Budget Breakdown Total budget is $168,509,824, including:

18 months Decision on Agenda Item 11 – June Council 2010 PIF GEF SEC review, CEO clearance Submission to Council for WP CEO endorsement document, Project Document Approved Submission to GEF CEO for review and endorsement (10 days) CEO endorsed documents Signed Project Document One month PPG phase In special circumstances posted for Council’s comments: when the Council requests at the PIF stage; or the CEO requests at the endorsement NEW STANDARD: 10 Business days for response to comments from Agency STAP & Council comments For any full-sized project, the programming progress is indicated here. Brief the programming of full-sized projects. Then, highlight where we are PPG phase. The ultimate objective of PPG phase is to develop final project document and CEO endorsement document. approved PIF to CEO endorsed documents and signed project documents must be completed within 18 months once a PIF is approved.
