DNV No. 12 © 2000 Det Norske Veritas D ET N ORSKE V ERITAS WP VII - Network Management u THEMES Web Site Prototype There will be an open (to the public) and restricted part (for members) The restricted part shall be used for –distribution of reports/results –distribution of minutes and related information/presentations –discussion forum Major revisions annually based on results from WP II Final version will be a prototype of web-site for information on safety assessment applied to shipping The secretariat is responsible for setting up and maintaining this web site

Stage 1: All members of the co-ordination committee sends in name, address, type of contact, and e-mail address of potentially interested parties to the secretariat. Stage 2: Based on feedback and experience with this e-mail list, the members will be encouraged to submit such information to secretariat Responsibilities –The secretariat creates and maintains the e-mail list, and makes it available through the web site –All members of the co-ordination committee submit lists of interested parties
