Today a large percentage of our young people raised by Christians have either never obeyed the gospel or have fallen away from the Lord. A good number of parents follow their children in departing from the Lord.

3 HOW DO WE BUILD A BIBLICAL FAITH IN OUR CHILDREN
FEW GRIEFS ARE GREATER THAN SEEING ONE'S CHILD FORSAKE THE LORD! A pain that never goes away. Prov 10:1; 17:25; 19:13 The goal of this material is to gain the wisdom from the scriptures on how to raise godly children. Above all let's learn more and encourage parents who have children in the home.

A Christian with a strong faith. 2Tim 1:5; 2Cor 13:5; Lk 14:13; Rev 2:10 Knowledgeable in what is right and wrong Heb 5:12-14; Gal 5:21; Rom 12:1-2; 1Thess 5:21; Dan 1:8; Josh 24:15 Have a will to stand firm and exercise discipline Heb 12:5-11; Mk 10:21-22; Eph 6:4; 4:26-27; Prov 29:15; 3:12

Committed to practicing God’s will in your relationship to your mate Eph 5:25-33; Eph 4:31-32 Committed to being a good teacher Deut 6:4-9; Eph 6:4 Committed to putting away the schemes of Satan Jas 3:13-15; 3:17-18 A couple who will stand united on these things Lk 1:6; 1Peter 3:7

Yes, some children leave the Lord in spite of all the best efforts of godly parents. But we must try to build a solid faith in our children! In the end, if our children serve the Lord, it will be for God's glory
