Created 5 Subcommittees to develop Monitoring Design Guidelines Ag, Background Sources, BMP Effectivness, Onsite Wastewater, and Stormwater and Existing D Subcommittees meeting regularly since Sep to prioritize objectives and begin drafting MDGs.
