CIQ Arrangement ( Clearance & Licencing ) 1) Normal Procedures, Rules and requirements (will be informed in MM DiREx Handbook). 2) Imigration Permit:  Be processed ASAP,  Contact embassy abroad; 3) Custom Processed 30 days prior to arrival 4) Quarantine (Animal/K-9): 30 days prior to arrival (In and Out) 5) Flight Approval: 10 days prior to arrival 6) Medical Licencing / Credential: 45 days prior to arrival 7) Licenses for special Vehicles: 30 days prior to arrival

8. Logistic Team Tasks:  unloading / disembarkation  Use tools for unloading  Storage to warehouse  Distributing logistical to the exercise location  Controlling logistic in place/exercise location  Utilizing resources / local power

9. Security/Safety Tasks:  Personnel : VVIP / VIP, guest, participant and supporting.  Asset : Military / civil, vehicle, Plane, Ship and other asset.  Lokation : Opening/Closing Location, hotel, Seaport, Exercise Location, and maritim route.  Aktivities : before and during Exercise surround Padang and Mentawai Area
