National Master Plan-Manipur PORTAL INSIGHTS 30 layers of data from Departments of Manipur are uploaded in NMP Portal 1.Better visibility & integrated planning for all departments. 2.Ease of govt. 3.Ease of permission 4.Prioritisation of infrastructure projects 5.Ease of doing business( faster NOC/Clearance, decision making, Online tracking, Transparency, save time, money and logistics cost etc) Objective of this Portal : Availability of entire data of all departments at one place having multiple layers of information for better visibility and planning for all departments.

Proximity to roads, utilities and geographic features Need : new godowns to be developed in the state for the purpose of procurement, storage and distribution Quantity of essential commodities to the fair price shops for the distribution of PDS. Details of meetings of EGOS, NPG, TSU held and projects cleared and mapped on SMP (State Master Plan) Issues faced by States/UTs for adoption of PM GatiShakti NMP Lack of customised Tools for the State and capacity building of technical team on application of tools. Request to add a “drawing tool” on NMP portal for planning and DPR preparation. Request to develop a Mobile app for collection of GT points (e.g. add/check new assets ) Request to conduct “Hands on training” for technical team regarding the use of NMP portal and its tools like DRP, NOS Module, Query Builder & Dynamic Alignment, Project Monitoring tools etc. New tools which are developed for other states like be added to our State Master Plan portal like tools for poles, pipelines layers etc. for all the state for wider adoption of PM GatiShakti portal.
