4. INTRODUCTION  The Chairman & MD of Sahyadri Farms is Vilas Vishnu Shinde  Sahyadri Farmers Producer Company Limited is an unlisted private company incorporated on 27 December, 2010. It is classified as a private limited company and is located in Nashik, Maharashtra. It's authorized share capital is INR 70.00 cr and the total paid-up capital is INR 55.67 cr.  Also formed in 2010, Sahyadri Farms was registered as a Farmer Producer Company (FPC) under the provision introduced in Companies Act. It's a collective that is owned and managed by farmers that aims to ensure fair equity to everyone, while providing value to the end consumer.  Strength grew in numbers as well and our group of farmers quadrupled from 2010 and reached 450 farmers in the year 2013.  They acquired land for a food processing facility at Mohadi, Nashik in the year 2011.  This laid the foundation for integrated food processing capabilities established in the year 2013.

9. Turnover Sahyadri Farmers Producer Company Limited's operating revenues range is INR 100 cr - 500 cr for the financial year ending on 31 March, 2020. It's EBITDA has decreased by -21.79 % over the previous year. At the same time, it's book networth has increased by 11.58 %. Sahyadri Farms, the farmer producer company (FPC) set up by Vilas Shinde in 2011, has grown to become the largest FPC in the country, with a membership of 8,000 farmers and a turnover of Rs 300 crore.
