4 VACANCIES CSM Facilities are urgently recruiting Cleaners for St James Centre Construction Site. Rate of pay is £8.21 per hour. NO CSCS Card required. Duties will include cleaning toilets, canteens and on construction site offices. They have 6 vacancies with shift patterns as follows; 1x Monday – Friday, 4pm – 7.30pm 1x Monday – Saturday, 10am – 2pm 2x Monday– Friday, 3pm-7pm 1x Monday – Friday, 4pm –7pm 1x Monday – Friday, 06am– 10am Candidates must be over 25 and be prepared to be drug & alcohol tested at any moment, these are random and can happen on induction. Full PPE will be provided and staff need to work in Hard hat, glasses, high vis and boots. Working underground should be considered as the staff canteen is currently in the underground car park but might be getting moved to level 5. Inductions last 30 minutes and are held on Mondays + Wednesdays. Cleaning experience is preferable as the offices in particular are used by senior project managers and directors.
