10 stainless products custom grates
Custom grates are a way to give your drains character or display your company logo. We are able to add any custom logo or company name to our slotted, perforated or perimeter gap grates. Designs and logos will not affect the durability of the grate itself and will meet the qualifications for all weight classifications. Grates are available in any load class A-F. Logos can be engraved, annealed with a laser or applied with our color UV printer onto all gauges, in 304 or 316 stainless steel. Any size or pattern can be fabricated.

11 stainless products epoxy ledge
FLOOR SINK ROUND FLOOR SINK TRENCH DRAIN As more construction calls for epoxy floors, our team designed a new epoxy ledge that can be added to any of our stainless steel floor drains. The ledge allows for a seamless floor to drain transition. BENEFITS Secures the epoxy floor to the drain preventing spalling and cracking of the finished floor Creates a seal, helping prevent water leakage around the drain Helps prevent bacteria growth around the drain Makes the epoxy floor monolithic Saves on maintenance cost by helping eliminate future problems Ensures a quality finished product  VIEW FROM INSIDE

12 stainless products inserts
Can be placed into the outlet of existing drains for the purpose of elimination foreign debris & other materials that may cause clogging Unique design locks into place, protecting the outlet, removed when necessary for maintenance & cleaning Inserts can be fitted to any existing cast iron area drain, white porcelain coated cast iron floor sink, PVC plastic drain, polymer trench drains, etc. BENEFITS Saves time on maintenance downtime Saves money on replacement costs and maintenance fees Creates accountability Can be placed in existing drain outlets, even if they are not stainless steel Protects outlet from foreign debris A custom tube sleeve with a secured, tamper proof perforated or slotted, heavy stainless steel 304 screen to be placed into existing outlets using any bacteria-friendly clear, white or matching color stainless silicone. 25 specify application index

26 specify floor drain nomenclature
To specify a floor drain, use the appropriate Specification Sheet for the model desired. The specification sheet lists the standard range of product variations, such as available materials, connection sizes & types, standard accessories, etc. and their proper designations for use in ordering/specifying. For example, to specify a Z505 floor drain with the following features: 3” No-Hub outlet connection (-3NH per spec sheet), Nickel Bronze Top (ZN per spec sheet), Backwater Valve (-V per spec sheet), Sediment Bucket (-Y per spec sheet), Heel-proof Grate (-HP per spec sheet) Vandal-Proof Secured Top (-VP per spec sheet), Trap Primer Connection (-P per spec sheet) The roof drain would be specified as follows: ZN NH – HP - P – V - VP - Y The breakdown would be:
