17. Reflective Log and Action Plan
At the end of each section of the resource learners are asked to complete a Reflection Log and Action Plan. This will complete the reflective learning process by focussing learners on their own learning and practice development.
The learning here is based around a model of reflective learning. The resource uses Aitkins and Murphy, but it fits with any model of reflection.
Reflective learning is supported through the provision of a reflective log and action plan within the facilitators handbook.
