I am interested in developing a lesson or unit that focuses on integrating Reading into the Math curriculum in a primary classroom.

Teacher instruction will be based upon the Illinois State Learning Standards that outline goals for the primary level Math curriculum.
Instructional materials must, have evidence of real-world connections, build students prior knowledge, have a framework that meets mathematical criteria and have visual and verbal appeal along with an engaging storyline.
