The second day it was seen 2000 times times it was clicked on. How do they turn this data into fractions and percentages without a calculator?

First we express the problem as a fraction. 𝐶𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑘𝑠 𝑇𝑜𝑡𝑎𝑙 𝑣𝑖𝑒𝑤𝑠 = Then we simplify the fraction = Then we turn this into a percentage We say “400 is ths of 2500” or “400 is _____% of 2500”. Which sounds better?
