Evaluation Tracking against institutional metrics e.g. GO, LEO, Career Reg. e.g. interview technique, networking follow-up Multiple surveys tracking ‘progress’ Anecdotes, ‘binary’ surveys Bennett’s Hierarchy – We’re typically much better at evaluating the process rather than the outcomes, when it comes to mentoring programmes. Easy to monitor, done by most HEIs
