2. COC Mission
The mission of the Honolulu COC is to reduce non-violent quality of life offenses committed in the City and County of Honolulu by holding offenders accountable and addressing their underlying needs to prevent reoffending.

3. Community Outreach Court Act 55 & Act 49 (SLH 2017)
Provides for 2 year funding:
Honolulu Prosecutor’s Office: $165,404 (DPA, Paralegal)
Public Defender’s Office: $154,000
State Judiciary: $126,364
TOTAL FUNDING REQUEST FOR PROJECT: $445,768
