Under special transport we mean transport conditioned goods, hazardous materials, biological, medical and food samples.
Besides transport, we also provide several additional services to meet your total logistics demand.

2. SDX BV
SDX was founded in 1999 by two former employees of a major international player (TNT) on the express market. In this market at the time was a demand for specialized transport partners for special transport, for example, conditioned and time-critical shipments.
Anno 2017 SDX become one of the key players in the market of international transport of conditioned goods and hazardous substances. By offering additional services such as warehousing, packaging and labeling, SDX has developed into a full-fledged logistics service.

3. Normal Transport Envelopes and packages Courier
The transport of envelopes and packages may express or economy. By express your shipment is delivered, if possible, worldwide the next day. If your shipment is less haste and low cost are important, then sent the economy. You decide which service to use, we do the rest.
Courier
The quickest solution to get your shipment to its destination is usually through the use of a direct courier. These trained ADR and GDP drivers collect the shipment from you and drive directly to the final destination. We have an extensive network of Authorized Couriers. This way we can always provide a courier shipment.

4. Normal Transport Pallets
As independent intermediary SDX has a thorough knowledge of the transport. Each carrier is in fact specialized in the transport of pallets to one or more countries. We select the most suitable carrier for the destination of your pallet (s)

5. Special Transport Dangerous goods transport Conditioned transport
SDX is certified to transport hazardous materials, both for the road modality by air. Shipments must have the proper packaging, labeling and documentation. In addition, the staff must have received appropriate training.
Conditioned transport
The transport of refrigerated, frozen or dry ice shipments. We use specially designated containers and vehicles. This ensures that shipments remain at the right temperature and can be sent to both national and international destinations.

6. Special Transport Medical transport Food transport
The transport of laboratory samples, and medical diagnostic equipment. For example, clinical trials and HOVON studies for hospitals and laboratories. For this we offer various transport solutions, both nationally and internationally. Additionally conditioned transport is possible, chilled or frozen.
Food transport
For example, if you have a product sample that you want to send to a customer and it is a perishable product, you can opt for refrigerated transport under the guidelines of the Hygiene Code. This can be done using insulating packs and cold packs or dry ice.

7. Additional services Dry ice and packaging Customs formalities
Do you provide conditioned shipments? We bring it with you on the proper packaging and the correct amount of dry ice or ice packs. If you are only interested in packaging and / or dry ice, we can also supply separate from the carriage. Our product range includes various types of packaging and dry ice 
Customs formalities
Customs sets requirements for shipments to destinations outside the European Union. These requirements apply to both packaging and documentation and may vary by country. Do you have a shipment to be transported to a country outside the European Union? We will inform you about the different requirements and customs formalities.

8. Additional services Storage
Do you have goods to be stored and does not have the storage capacity? We have several warehouses centrally located in the country. Both conditioned storage for chilled and frozen products, like ordinary storage rooms for the rest of your store.
Packaging and labeling
We can pack all your shipments and labeling, including waste containing hazardous substances. For dangerous substances applies that only a certified person it may be packaged. Our employees have received appropriate training and be certified.

9. Consultancy Safety adviser (ADR) Accredited Air Cargo Agent
Any company that is engaged in the transport of dangerous goods by road should have appointed an adviser. Even if the company is only concerned with packaging, loaded, filling or unloading. Given the complexity of the legislation, this function is often covered by an external Security Advisor. 
Accredited Air Cargo Agent
By creating a secure air cargo supply chain, using recognized Airfreight Agents, your cargo is transported to the airport as soon as possible and loaded aboard an aircraft. SDX ensures this security by hiring security consultants and airfreight itself Accredited Agent.

10. Consultancy Aviation Act (IATA)
The Aviation Act regulates the transport of dangerous goods on an aircraft. Thus, the actions may relating to such transport be carried out only by authorized persons and organizations. 
Seafreight (IMDG Code)
The transport of dangerous goods by sea must meet the requirements laid down in the IMDG Code Handbook. Employees must, for example, to have an awareness course followed, and it is important to keep up to date with changes in the law that are regularly carried out. Our consultants can advise and assist in the execution of awakenings

11. Awareness training
Employees who come into contact during transport with dangerous substances by July 1, 2011 required by the Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) has been followed at least an awareness course dangerous substances.
You can outsource this training by using awareness course given by SDX.
   

12. Bio-Bottle
SDX BV has become the end of 2014 an importer of Bio-Bottle in the Benelux. This makes it possible to provide validated and certified ADR, IATA and IMDG packaging Bio-Bottle. SDX BV also offers a range of products such as dry ice, cold packs, loggers, UN3373 packaging and temperature-controlled polystyrene packaging to
Bio-Bottle makes the largest packaging to the medical and pharmaceutical market. These medical containers have been developed for the transport of infectious and non-infectious substances. IATA, ADR and IMDG Code compliant and pressure tested. The environmentally friendly Bio-Bottle packaging is made from 100% recyclable material.
