Activities that are CPD
“There are many ways in which members can write up the activities that they undertake, and there is a great deal of difference of opinion in what should and should not be included.”
IOSH say it is:
Anything you undertake to update or maintain your knowledge, skills and expertise.
Activities work towards goals set out in the development plan.
Activities are not limited to training courses.
Can be voluntary activities.
Activities don’t have to be health and safety related.
IOSH require a minimum of SIX (6) activities per year.
