Created by amendment to Staff Regulations to replace old A64 and A65 groups

Only nominated delegates have access to sensitive data on the restricted CIRCABC site
After each meeting, documents are released on the public CIRCABC site

3. Changes to delegates
Exceptionally, ESTAT subsequently authorised to reimburse two national delegates (1x A64, 1x A65): notification in MS invitation letter

Some delegates want to add colleagues or send replacements… but simple to ESTAT from new person is not enough

4. Procedure to follow Additional delegate or change of delegate
Complete the standard form
Substitute delegate
Temporary access to CIRCABC will be revoked after the meeting
Person will be deemed to have necessary authority to bind MS
Person is subject to the same rules regarding non-dissemination
