1. Prayer Focus: Socketts Heath Baptist Church
One of two Baptist churches in Grays, Socketts Heath is based in the north part of this south Essex town adjacent to the Dartford Crossing. Revd Ashley Lovett has been minister since 2011 and encouraged the church to look outwards for ways to serve the local community. The Sunday morning service is attended by over 100 people every week, with a strong and growing Junior Church (for 3 to 14 year olds).
