11. Snake Sounds
Snake Sounds can be used in a variety of ways. The idea is to practise the sounds on the snake but then cut out the sounds in the square boxes to allow the children to make words with them.

19. Bear Words
Bear words are a fun, structured, and unique way of helping children learn to read high frequency and tricky words. Each child starts on Bear 1. Each child will have their own little bear and the words attached to it.

20. How to use the bear words:
Learn to read all the words on the bear.
Use the word cards to make sentences.
Encourage your child to write one sentence they have made.
Please note to be able to move on to the next bear, children must be able to instantly (without sounding out) recognise all the words on the bear.
