Be a place for states to: Share, interact, collaborate, and strategize with other states (early intervention lead agencies) on shared issues around improving family outcomes practices Partake in and benefit from a network of shared leadership Deepen interactivity and inter-connectivity at a national & state level Create an environment that supports states in: Engaging in new learning and applying and implementing that knowledge Engaging in both individualized and cross-state learning Support states in: Deepening their content knowledge of data & evidence-based practices (EBP) Building capacity around authentic stakeholder engagement and implementing effective EBP at the state and local levels Making infrastructure improvements using implementation science

5 Improving Family Outcomes Practices
Connecticut and Iowa share experiences with identifying, introducing, and implementing evidence-based family engagement practices describe the successes and challenges associated with their efforts to support practitioners to build strong partnerships with families.

6 Family Engagement Policy Toolkit
A toolkit of resources Developed and informed by the work of the FO CSLC Intended to support EI system leaders in using and applying the HHS/ED joint policy statement on family engagement Intended to be built upon
