3 Work/Family EAP “What You Should Know”
Program participation is VOLUNTARY and CONFIDENTIAL* Program Access:* Self-referral Peer referral Supervisor referral Union referral * Ask for a Medical Pass-This is the best way to come up. Get the pass, go to medical, and let them know you need to speak to EAP. The Program’s materials and resources are free Brochures, DVD’s; AA/NA Groups; Community Programs *The only time this doesn’t apply-Duty to Warn.

Work & Family Representatives are available during all 3 shifts of operation. ( The office is covered for approx. 21 out of 24 hours at this time, until the position on 3rd is filled. ) If unavailable, please call your shift representatives phone number and leave a message with a return phone number. You should receive a return call within 24 hours. Office # /2951

Domestic Violence Domestic abuse is a pattern of coercive, controlling behavior that is a pervasive life-threatening crime affecting people in all our communities regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, social standing and immigration status. Abuse is not love. It is one person in a relationship having power and control over the other person. Domestic violence takes many forms: physical; emotional; economic; stalking and harassment; and sexual. If you feel you are in an abusive situation, call for help.
