Copy and Paste your image Online resources: In Word 2013 and 2016, there is no Clip Art item. Insert ribbon. Click the Online Pictures item on the Illustrations panel:

3 Resize and Move Images White squares and circles appear around the edges To change the size of your image, move your mouse pointer over one of the circles, the bottom right circle is the best one for our purposes. To move your image to the right hand side: Click on your image to get the sizing handles back Hold down your left mouse button Keep the left mouse button held down Drag your mouse to the right

4 Text Wrapping Arrange - Position:
Text Wrapping  Arrange - Position: Position means the position of the image in relation to the text. Click the link at the bottom that says "More Layout Options".

5 The use of SmartArt Illustrations group, Insert tab, SmartArt.
Choose a SmartArt Graphic dialog box, click the type and layout that you want. Design tab, SmartArt Tools, Add Shape.                                           If you don't see the SmartArt Tools or Design tabs, make sure that you've selected the SmartArt graphic. Add shape: To insert a circle after the selected shape, that will overlap the selected shape, click Add Shape After. To insert a shape before the selected circle, that will overlap the selected shape, click Add Shape Before.

6 Use of Excel charts in Word.
Copy/paste a chart from an Excel spreadsheet into your Word doc. You can change the chart, update it, and redesign it If you change the data in Excel, you can automatically refresh the chart in Word.      In Excel, click the chart, and press Ctrl+C (or click Home > Copy). In your Word doc, click where you want the chart to appear, and press Ctrl+V (or click Home > Paste.) The chart is linked to the original Excel spreadsheet. If the data in the spreadsheet change, the chart updates automatically. You can also update the chart by clicking it and, under Chart Tools, clicking Design > Refresh Data.

7 Managing and formatting charts
To change the design or data for a chart in Word, click the chart to open Chart Tools > Design. Choose from many chart styles, types, and elements, or, to edit the data, under Design, click Data > Edit Data. Or click the chart to show the four buttons for Layout Options, Chart Elements, Chart Styles, and Chart Filters along the right edge, and use them to modify the chart.

8 Styles Styles: font and formatting options that you can use to quickly change some text on your page. Some Inbuilt ones are Heading1, Heading2, Normal, and Title.

9 Editing Styles Click with your right mouse button on the style you want to change. Select Modify.
