Set up area groups
I would suggest at least 3

3. We would need to set up a structure
Something like a local CIC
So our local areas would set up a type of company
This company would through a community type set up apply for funding across their areas

4. We all have ten years delivering
Delivering projects for our communities
As a accumulator we can add 10 years per group
So if 10 groups come together that’s is years of community delivery
At a cost rate nobody else could dream of ?

5. What can we do now? We can start by asking who is interested?
