EC-derived SP cells are targeted by CD30.CAR T cells. A, Flow cytometry plots of Hoechst stained tumor cell lines in which percentages of SP and non-SP cells are shown for each tumor cell line (top). B, Tera-1 SP and non-SP cells were identified by DyeCycle violet staining and FACS sorted. C, SP cells were sorted from the Tera-1 cell line and cultured in vitro for 6 weeks. SP-sorted cells regenerated both SP and non-SP cells.
