Those pilgrims who confirmed their flight booking online through e-booking process shall report their respective embarkation only one day before the schedule date & time of departure for collection of their Passports and travel documents.
Online Flight Booking Confirmation can be done from date of receipt of flight allotment till 2 clear days prior to date of departure.
No Cover shall be split under any circumstances.
If any pilgrim miss the flight after confirmation of flight booking he/she shall have to deposit Rs.25,000/- per pilgrim to be accommodated in the next flight subject to availability of seats.

The reporting time at the Airport shall be six (6) hours prior to the departure of flight.
Haj Committee of India (HCoI) reserves the right to change the flight date / timing or even to cancel the journey in case of exigencies.
After online flight booking confirmation has been made, change in the flight date shall be made only in case of Death or serious ailment / accident of the person concerned or close family member. The confirmation of seat(s) in the next flight shall be subject to availability of seat(s).

The above mentioned OTP message will be received on coverhead mobile number registered with HCoI at the time of Application or written on HAF Please make sure that your mobile number is active

This receipt is confirmation of your flight booking. Kindly bring the receipt and bank pay-in-slips one day before at your embarkation point for collection of travelling documents.

The above mentioned message will be received for booking confirmation on coverhead mobile number registered with HCoI at the time of Application or written on HAF. Please make sure that your mobile number is active

Payment of any pilgrim/s registered under the cover is still due, the message will display on screen “Payment still balance for this cover number cannot book the flight” Please check your payment details on
