1. How To Register for Redland City Futsal 2015

2. Head to www.myfootballclub.com.au and select “PLAYER REGISTRATION”www.myfootballclub.com.au

3. If you know your FFA Number select “Click Here to Proceed to Login Process” & head to slide 14 If you have forgotten your FFA Number or password select “Click here to find your FFA Number” & head to slide 10 If you do not have an FFA Number select “Click here to create an FFA Account” & head to slide 5

4. To create an FFA Account check the “I agree” box and click next

5. Complete all the relevant details and click “Create Account”

6. Once complete you will receive this message and your account details will be emailed to your nominated email address

7. You will receive an email that looks like this. Make a note of your FFA Number and Password the click “HERE” to register as a player

8. If you know your FFA Number and password enter them and click “Login” & skip to slide 14 If you cannot remember your FFA Number or Password Select “Need your FFA Number” and head to slide 10 or “Need Password” and head to slide 11

9. To retrieve your FFA Number enter your “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Date of Birth” and Hit “Search” If you have an active FFA Account the number will appear in the box below. Click on your name to return to the login screen.

10. If you have forgotten your pass word clicked “Need a Password?”

11. Enter your FFA Number and email address and click “Proceed”

12. You will receive a message like this. Click “here” to head back to the FFA Login page

13. To log into myfootballclub enter your FFA Number and Password and click “Login”

14. Click “Make a Registration”

15. Check all your personal details to make sure they are current. Click “Next” Please note you must select a favourite A-League team and must enter a second emergency contact.

16. Step 1 enter “Redland” into the text box and click on the “Redland City Futsal” name that appears.

17. Step 2: select “Player” Step 3: select “(Age Group) Redlands Futsal 2015”

18. Select “Add Packages” Your registration package will appear in the box below. Click “Next”

19. On the terms and conditions page click “Acknowledge All” then “Next”

20. Select “Pay Online”

21. Enter your credit card detail and email address and click “Next”

22. Please note payments incur a 2.3% transaction fee, no other payment facility is available. Click “Okay”.

23. Enter the automatically generated code. Click “Next”

24. A payment receipt will be generated. Click “Next”

25. You will receive confirmation of your registration
