“Doing great. And you?” This slide promotes self accountability, awareness and serves as a reminder to employees to be mindful of their well-being. These are simple ways employees can take charge of their own health on a regular basis while at work. It also shows support and acceptance of well-being at the enterprise level. Simply having the awareness to take a breathe, stand during a meeting or at your desk when you are on the phone, doing stretches at your desk, going for a walk all can have a positive impact on health. I would like to see employees to be mindful of their own needs and aware of what they can do on their own, on a regular basis, to promote their well-being. This supports the goal of employees “feeling” wellness at work everyday and aligns with the current people strategy of well-being. You have the instinct and skill to look deeper.
