6 Communication Newly introduced streamlined support visit records; high level messages linked to priorities for improvement EYESO to support settings in a variety of approaches; face-to-face, Skype, phonecall, . No set number of visits in a session. For biggest impact of EYESO visit - manager to take part in feedback (linked to improvement plan) ELC blog – ongoing update: Resources for training (for new staff and managers,) to be used by settings Good practice from Highland ELC settings
