Valid and reliable nutrition information comes from sources that can be trusted. We will be using the internet, so you will want to focus on using .org’s, .edu’s, and .gov’s.

Use a valid/reliable website to find at least 3 benefits of eating naturally- and/or organically produced foods. Cite the website(s) you used to find your answers.

11 Long-Term Planning One of the most difficult things is to continue making healthier decision(s) to establish healthier habits for the long-term.

13 Long-Term Planning While you have a short-term goal (i.e. 10 days) that is SMART, you should think about how you can maintain your progress for the benefit of your health. Ideas: set a harder goal, extend the time, shift focus, smaller chunks/accomplishments, future barriers, develop habits
