Issue: Member Engagement Portal
Client was looking to increase employee utilization of the member website and app
Health Advocate provided Echo Dots for a promotion to encourage members to download the app
2,300 employees downloaded the app in the first month
Issue: Unnecessary ER Utilization
Health Advocate developed a customized mailing campaign to educate employees about improper use of the ER for non-urgent care
Mailing also promoted using the member website/app to search for local Urgent Care Centers as well as the client’s Telemedicine Program
