3 Living gift market Program Highlights: Faith Community Resources
Living Gift Markets are charity events that can last a few hours or even a few days. Small markets may be as simple as a table displaying information about what Heifer gifts can do, whereas larger markets might include several booths and activities featuring each animal we provide. Either way, shoppers buy gifts that lead to eliminating hunger and poverty around the world. This unique charity event idea starts with stocking your "store" with the tools to end hunger and poverty. Then, you invite customers to browse your displays and buy gifts. Program Highlights: Great for Missions Fairs and Holiday Gift Markets Faith communities can use gift market events to do outreach for new members.

8 Mitzvah Programs Faith Community Resources
We offer a wonderful opportunity to serve through unique coming of age service projects. At the heart of our work is a notion similar to tzedakah: that it is our duty to help those in genuine need. Our founder, Dan West, felt the same call to do what he could for others. When you choose Heifer for your mitzvah project, you're fulfilling the commandment to do good and also helping a family's dream of a better life become a reality.
