Not just “another broker”
Every other broker… CW Carriers USA Inc. Trouble committing to year long rates due to market fluctuations ”Guy in Grandma’s basement broker” Work with hundreds and thousands of accounts to gain market share No control Multiple points of contact or general customer service Lack of clear escalation path Owning assets enables us to better control pricing on lanes and curb for any market spikes Established bond and portfolio of “Blue Chip” clients (next slide will help illustrate) Work with on average 90 accounts a month targeting larger clients with growth potential GPS tracking, EDI, and clear communication with our partner carriers enable us to have more control Single point of contact/ Dedicated Team Crystal clear escalation path when necessary
8
Customer Portfolio National accounts closed YTD Clients in your industry vertical Began as a dedicated amazon carrier

Asset-first mentality
Capacity Management Asset-first mentality “Piggy Backing” off current customer freight in our network in PA/NJ area Leverage brokerage division only as contingency plan to prevent service failures With capacity to take up to 5 loads a day in the area, “swings” will not impact our operations. Also, we have other customers in the area, so if we don’t have the volume one week we will still keep our trucks moving
10
Customized Solution: Account Management

Tracking & Tracing Upgrading to McLeod software to improve TNT and EDI capabilities (estimated go-live date June 1) – GPS Tracking Your dedicated Team will send excel “Tracking Report” every morning encompassing all loads in transit, and identifying any loads that are not projected for OTD PV Transport can for any “real time tracking updates” until Mcleod is available. Then, moving forward you can get tracking updates via our online system
12
Reporting Maintaining OTD delivery % is the single most important KPI that we measure (98% in 2018) McLeod will greatly increase the reporting capabilities at our disposal (help our customers to have more visibility into costs). Quarter conference call to review performance and key KPI’s important to you What is important for you?
13
Keys to Success Proactive communication on both ends
Quarterly evaluation of key KPI’s (OTD, acceptance %, etc) Our Team bringing any issues to PV Transport (before the customer) with a solution in hand Tender loads that “make sense” in terms of appointments and transit time (based on the mileage)
