“endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” (Ephesians 4:3)

2. Unity Enables us to Glorify God Together
“Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 15:5-6)

3. Unity Motivates Sharing
“Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common.” (Acts 4:32)

4. Unity helps the world believe
Jesus prayed, “that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me” (John 17:21)

5. Unity helps us work together for the faith of the gospel.
“Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ… that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel” (Philippians 1:27)

6. “…be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.” (2 Corinthians 13:11)
