3 Jude 1:17-21 (NLT) - But you, my dear friends, must remember what the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ predicted. 18 They told you that in the last times there would be scoffers whose purpose in life is to satisfy their ungodly desires. 19 These people are the ones who are creating divisions among you. They follow their natural instincts because they do not have God’s Spirit in them.

4 Jude 1:17-21 (NLT) - 20 But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, 21 and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God’s love.

5 What Happens When We Love God?

6 When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. John 15:10 (NLT2)

7 This is love, that we walk according to His commandments
This is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, that as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it. 2 John 1:6 (NKJV)

8 What Happens When God Loves Us?

9 A. God’s love will manifest __________.
John 14:21 (NKJV) - He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him."

John 14:21 B. God will always ________ faithful. Deuteronomy 7:9 (NLT2) - Understand, therefore, that the LORD your God is indeed God. He is the faithful God who keeps his covenant for a thousand generations and lavishes his unfailing love on those who love him and obey his commands.
