3 Data Cleanup Process  Districts are encouraged to proactively monitor test data to help ensure the accuracy of later generated score reports Exception Report Utilize Student Testing Progress (STP) Dashboard

5 District Exception Report
CSV file that contains data discrepancies identified by NWEA. Missing Student Data DOB, Gender, Ethnicity fields (State), Race fields (State), IEP, English Learner, School/District of Accountability Tests taken outside a student’s grade level Enrolled grade does not match test session grade Tested Students Not on State Roster File Student data missing in state information system Additional Scenarios as identified during test window

Same SSID Different First and Last Names State coordinates the required updates Students missing a State ID (State)

Report fields include: Student identity fields Specific test information (1 row per test session) Report includes fields for each potential exception

9 Delivery of Exception Reports
Monday- Wednesday Districts monitor data and update Student Information System (SIS), as needed Thursday NDE posts weekly roster for NWEA Friday NWEA uploads updated roster Monday NWEA runs Exception Reports Tuesday District reviews Exception Report

10 Access of Exception Reports
Posted in the Comprehensive Assessment Platform (CAP). If there are no discrepancies, there will not be a file produced. Access reports through the Comprehensive Assessment Platform. Navigate to teach.mapnwea.org Enter your login credentials for CAP From the left-hand navigation bar, select View Reports, then Summative Reports You will be taken to the reports landing page. The options available to you will depend on your role. Make your report selections.

Monitor test completion and ensure that all students have participated or have the appropriate NTC code applied. Displays test scheduling progress and test completion progress.
