1 Supernatants of the positive proliferative responses indicated in Table 1 were analyzed for the presence of IFNγ, tumor necrosis factor-α, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, and IL-10 by cytometric bead array. Supernatants of the positive proliferative responses indicated in Table 1 were analyzed for the presence of IFNγ, tumor necrosis factor-α, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, and IL-10 by cytometric bead array. The indicated layout is used for the six measured cytokines. Antigen-specific cytokine production (▪). Cutoff values were based on the standard curves of the different cytokines (50 pg/mL for IFNγ and 10 pg/mL for the remaining cytokines).
